The xRotor IFrame Quad is laser cut from hand selected 1/8th plywood -- designed for Clear View FPV.
The xRotor IFrame Quad (also known as an H-Quad) is a precision designed Quad frame is laser cut from hand selected 1/8th plywood. Strong and light, and designed specifically for Clear View FPV. Fame without arms weighs 178 grams.
The xRotor IFrame Quad is designed for 10mm square booms (Slow Stick size). The idea behind the IFrame Quad is to bring the camera forward on the frame providing a completely clear view free from props -- even on the widest angle of common FPV cameras like the Hero2. The unique shape also helps for visual orientation of the Quad in line of sight flight.
Standard motor mount pilot holes are pre-drilled as are the pilot holes for mounting screws. The flight deck is pre drilled for the standard KK, MultiWii, Mini MultiWii, and the OpenPilot CopterControl board. The frame is also designed to accept 450 and 500 Helicopter Landing Skids
